AHC is a Korean skincare brand, originally developed for high-end aesthetic clinics, known for its premium ingredients, advanced technologies, and luxurious yet affordable skincare products.
  • AHC was founded in 1999 by Carver Korea Ltd and is a sister brand to Shara Shara, VIVITO, and Dr. MJ.  
  • Unilever acquired AHC's parent company, Carver Korea from private equity firm Bain Capital and Goldman Sachs for €2.27 billion ($2.7 billion), in 2017.

 
AHC's Origins:
AHC (Aesthetic Hydration Cosmetics) was originally created in Seoul, South Korea, in 1999 as a professional skincare line for aesthetic clinics.
 
Acquisition by Unilever:
In November 2017, Unilever, a multinational consumer goods company, acquired AHC's parent company, Carver Korea.
