Blandino and Johnson founded Too Faced 24 years ago. The brand was acquired by Lauder in 2016 for approximately $1.45 billion. At the time, the fast-rising cosmetic line had posted growth between 2015 and 2016 for more than 70% and had net sales of around $270 million. It was one of ELC's largest acquisitions to date.
